I have just been told by my doctor that I have a sugar intolerance. He informed me that the only treatment is to remove all sugar intake from my diet including Fruit and Lactose. At this time I am under the impression that Starches is the only glucose contributor I have left in my "Allowed diet". So I ask how would one in my situation who is not even allowed the diet of a diabetic find food and create tasty meals? Within just one day of exploring my local food market I have found vary little that looks appetizing.
